The excitement is building up in Larnaka as we get ready to welcome runners from all over the world for this year’s Radisson Blu Larnaka International Marathon 2025 — and the Mayfair Property Team is thrilled to be part of it for the 8th consecutive year!

Once again, we’re proud to collaborate with the International Women’s Club of Cyprus Larnaka as we join forces to celebrate community, health, and teamwork. The Larnaka International Marathon has grown into one of the island’s most anticipated sporting events — a day where energy, positivity, and connection take center stage. This event isn’t just for professional athletes — it’s a celebration for everyone. With family-friendly races and routes designed for all fitness levels, it’s the perfect opportunity to challenge yourself and enjoy the vibrant spirit of Larnaka.

The Mayfair Property Team will proudly take part in the 5KM Corporate Race, which will take place on Saturday, 16th November 2025, at 10:30 a.m. We look forward to embracing teamwork, perseverance, and the shared joy of running for a good cause.
